Operations:
Operational support staff is the lifeline between customer service representatives and our vendors. Necessary skills include excellent phone etiquette, multi-tasking abilities, and basic computer familiarity. Full and part-time positions are available.
Customer Service Manager:
Work with account executives to create and execute logistics solutions for current J&A accounts. This position requires excellent problem solving skills, working knowledge of Microsoft office products, and an obsession with quality customer service.
